ARTICLE 2 - APPLICABILITY AND SCOPE
2.1 These terms and conditions apply to every offer and every agreement concluded between the Entrepreneur and the Consumer worldwide, with specific provisions for: the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
2.2 B2B Exclusion:
These terms are exclusively aimed at consumers. Business customers are excluded from the right of withdrawal and specific consumer warranties.
2.3 Mandatory Law:
If a provision conflicts with mandatory local consumer law, the local law prevails. Remaining provisions stay valid.
ARTICLE 3 - THE OFFER AND THE AGREEMENT
3.1 Price Transparency:
All prices are shown in the local currency. For EU and UK consumers, prices include VAT unless otherwise stated for orders above tax thresholds.
3.2 Formation:
The agreement is concluded when the order is placed and payment is completed. The Entrepreneur reserves the right to cancel within 48 hours in case of stock issues or pricing errors.
3.3 Manifest Errors:
The Entrepreneur is not bound by obvious pricing mistakes.
ARTICLE 4 - INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS AND TAXES
4.1 Origin:
Products may be shipped from international distribution centers (including Asia).
4.2 Import Duties and VAT:
- Below €150 / £135 → VAT collected at checkout
- Above €150 / £135 → Customer is importer and responsible for duties/taxes
4.3 Refusal:
If a package is refused or not collected, return and admin costs may be deducted.
ARTICLE 5 - WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICY
5.1 Cooling-off Period:
EU/EEA/UK: 14 days withdrawal right
Rest of world: 14 days unless local law differs
5.2 Return Costs:
Returns may go to an international location (e.g., Asia). Costs are fully borne by the customer.
5.3 Proof Requirement:
Track & Trace proof is required for refunds.
5.4 Exclusions:
No returns for opened hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics) or custom-made items.
5.5 Model Form:
Consumers may use the statutory withdrawal form.
ARTICLE 6 - STATUTORY WARRANTY AND CONFORMITY
6.1 EU: Minimum 2-year warranty
6.2 Spain: 3-year warranty
6.3 France: Legal conformity + hidden defects
6.4 Australia: ACL guarantees apply
6.5 Ireland & UK: 30-day right to reject defective goods
ARTICLE 7 - PAYMENT AND FRAUD PREVENTION
7.1 Retention of Title:
Ownership remains with the Entrepreneur until full payment is received.
7.2 Chargebacks:
Unjustified chargebacks will result in recovery of all associated costs.
ARTICLE 8 - COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1 Procedure:
Complaints must be submitted via info@loreyna.com within a reasonable time.
8.2 ODR Platform (EU):

8.3 Country-specific Bodies:
Applicable complaint bodies remain available per country.
ARTICLE 9 - JURISDICTION AND COUNTRY-SPECIFIC CLAUSES
9.1 Choice of Law:
Dutch law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer laws in the customer’s country.
9.2 Canada (Quebec & Ontario):
French version binding where applicable; class action waiver excluded.
9.3 Italy:
Consumer explicitly agrees to specific clauses (returns, costs, jurisdiction).
9.4 Finland:
Consumer agrees to bear return shipping costs.
9.5 Class Action Waiver:
Disputes handled individually where legally permitted.
ARTICLE 10 - PRIVACY
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR, UK law, PIPEDA, and Australian Privacy Act. Marketing only occurs after explicit consent.
ARTICLE 11 - AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance if they negatively affect consumers. Existing orders remain under original terms.
