This guarantee applies only when every required condition has been fully, consistently, and verifiably met. Any deviation, interruption, or incomplete proof automatically voids eligibility for a refund. The guarantee is designed for customers who have followed the treatment exactly as instructed and for the full required duration. Requests that lack sufficient evidence, show inconsistent use, or fail to meet any requirement cannot be approved under any circumstance.

For the eyebrow growth serum, eligibility requires the purchase of a minimum six-month supply and the complete use of all units within this period. Dated before-and-after photos must be provided, clearly showing the condition of the eyebrows before starting the treatment and after completing the six full months. These photos must be unedited and captured in consistent lighting, distance, and angle to allow an accurate comparison. Any signs of alteration, filtering, or manipulation will disqualify the request immediately. The serum must be applied strictly according to the official instructions. Any deviation in frequency, amount, or application technique results in loss of eligibility. All used bottles and applicators must be returned by the customer at their own expense. If the treatment is stopped at any point before completing the full six months, regardless of the reason or circumstance, the guarantee becomes invalid.
